In this section we will describe how we work with your orders and guarantee your satisfaction.

DELIVERY TIME

Generally you should expect a delivery time of approximately 2-3 weeks for any order where we craft the item upon receiving your order. Some items, for example chains, pendants, necklaces, pins, etc. may be crafted for inventory and can be delivered most often within just a few days. We will confirm each order and specify the delivery time you can expect. We have experienced seasonal variations in our lead time for a typical order. Obviously we are more back-logged around the major holidays.

COMMUNICATION

Although we are set up to be e-commerce capable, some orders will require more communication between us and yourself. Some items are well defined. Other items, particularly rings where gemstones need to be defined, will require that we talk with you via e-mail or over the telephone.

SHIPPING

All items will be sent via US mail, registered and insured, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing. Shipping and handling rarely exceeds $10.00 unless we ship a more expensive item where insurance costs are higher. These costs will be stated in our order confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item, you can do so for an exchange or a full refund within 10 days of your receipt of the item. Special rules and procedures will apply for returns of gems. Instructions will be provided and returns cannot be accepted unless you follow these instructions.

Under DESIGN CENTER in our online store menu you will find information on ways we work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece or a slight variation to one of our existing designs.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also use a certified check or a money order. If you send a check, we will ship when the check has cleared.
